Use Several Firefox Information at the Same Time

Did you know that you can run more than one Chrome information at once? This can be incredibly useful if you want to analyze out plug-ins more quickly, make a web progression information, run a slimmed down information just for Googlemail, or if you just want to have a fresh information.

The first factor you are going to need to do is make a new information. You should run the following from a run dialogue or control immediate, changing the direction if necessary.

    C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe -profilemanager
Make an additional information by using the Make Profile expert, and build sure that each information has a unique name. You are going to also want to depart the “Don’t ask at startup” box tested.
The next thing you’ll want to do is create another quick way to Chrome. You can just copy/paste the present quick way if you experience like it, then begin up the qualities web page and go to the Shortcut tab.

Add the following to the end of the Focus on box. As you can see, my information was known as Dork, so which is what I used.

    -P PROFILENAME -no-remote

Now on the second quick way, which I recommend you make a appropriate name to, go into the same place except use the information name for the additional information. Ensure you use the -no-remote option!

Now you should be able to use either quick way to begin a new Chrome screen particular to that information. Plug-ins, favorites, styles, will all be particular to the information, and a new information will begin off at standard.

Note: This represents you are using Chrome 2.0. If you are not, then you should be.
